The earrings are lovely and I look forward to wearing them at my wedding however, it took 3+ weeks for the item to ship.

I'll start by saying that the necklaces are really pretty. Unfortunately they didn't ship too quickly and the communication was not great. They also came tangled together and in a huge knot. After trying to untangle for over an hour I am left with one necklace with a knot. I contacted the seller and even sent a photo of the knot. I received no response. This is an update from my original review. After this post the shop contacted me and apologized. She sent me a free necklace and a replacement for the knotted one. She also changed her packaging to avoid future problems. Thanks again.

Shipping took much longer than expected so I had wanted to cancel my order. BUT, the shop refunded my purchase and sent me the earrings anyway. They are gorgeous and very high quality - very dainty. I am so impressed by this seller's business ethic in refunding my money for the delay but letting me keep the merchandise! I will definitely buy from this seller again!
